And most important - a law defining that the executive themselves is NOT IMMUNE from prosecution. Remember there’s no law saying they are, only an old DOJ memo. Codify the liability of the executive to prosecution in law.

There are literally thousands of unwritten or undefined rules throughout the government. They all must be defined. Multiple agencies (the MAJORITY of the cabinet agencies) must be removed from the executive branch and placed in an entirely independent organization.

Helpful to remember: Half of VOTERS seem okay with it. There’s a large majority that doesn’t give a fuck about anything. If they can be reached in any significant capacity the country can change nearly overnight.

The worst part has been use of the emergency relief docket allowing SCOTUS to essentially block enforcement of laws selectively without having to explain itself. Kicking the can of actually having to justify a ruling down the road 2-4 years.
