Yeah, this. He was on a ship that was raided (at least ostensibly) by Blackbeard, someone in leather yelled at him to do something after the crew was taken prisoner, and he happened to not be executed, so that definitely counts as "working for Blackbeard" to Pete

I think he was probably on a ship that Blackbeard raided… but he didn’t recognise Izzy, Fang or Ivan in the woods so I don’t think he actually joined the crew. I do like the mullet idea though 😂

i think yes but at the time he had a mullet so now they dont recognise him. also it was 20 years ago for about 2 weeks. izzy told him he didnt pass the 'trial period'.
