I have a couple playlists of folkloric ambience music and over the last few weeks I've noticed that many have started using GenAI art for their new albums, which all look exactly the same. These are all different artists. It's impossible to not think they're using GenAI for their music as well.

I run an event where there is an expectation that attendees wear masks.

However we do appreciate how difficult this can be when families are divided, and people feel isolated.

My children wear masks. We live in England, but they very much enjoy watching American comics make fun of RFK Jr, MAHA, JD Vance, & the President of the United States.

Those comics don't mask, but they do help my children to mask, so thank you.🧵

Pro tip to reporters and protesters: always have swim goggles in your pockets or bags. They’re small, $10 and if tear gas is used, slip them on & no matter how much you cough, you’ll still be able to SEE without burning eyes.

Attacks on the federal workforce are also attacks on Black workers, who are overrepresented in the public sector.

Black unemployment is 7.5%. I'm reminded of Coates' observation that Black Americans regularly experience conditions that would be considered a crisis if whites faced them.
