I have been so worried about him given he didn't have a contract, but was not expecting this outcome. I hate the Crows! But I hope all goes well for him as he seems like such a lovely young man. Far too lovely for the Crows really. They better be nice to him.

On Gettable today it was discussed that clubs aren't placing much value on first round picks in this year's draft due to its low quality. Curious then that North was given such a hard time last year for trading our 2025 first round pick to secure Whitlock. Brady Rawlings playing 5D chess yet again

This is hard to reconcile with the UK I lived in 10 years ago. It was never a left-wing wonderland, especially if you weren't white and privileged, but it also didn't seem this overtly authoritarian. That's what I find chilling: the shamelessness with which a Labor government is doing this.

I've accidentally become familiar with Spanian who is apparently a rapper, queerphobe and "kebab influencer" as I live not far from his food truck, and every time I pass by it, I think to myself "We've gone too far into time. I was never supposed to live this long and know things like Spanian."
