I am here to say the same re #Thyroid problems.
Only one hormone ‘allowed’ for Hypothyroidism and research quoted at us that is pitiful and ancient.
My plan was for a Thyroid patient seal of approval for those studies of some use to us and well designed rather than more rationing and ruined lives.

Moin A-W and all. Slept through all alarms but finally the right combination of food, clothing, bedlinen, darkness and temps to allow this so I will take it. Another day of filling the freezer and waiting for relative to get safely home from US 🤞.

Yes certainly. I do at least 2 weeks of increased frequency and portion sizes to be sure assuming all other symptoms settled. Ideally.
Have been trying apple since July so happy to experiment with the recipe to allow for the apple pieces.
Next I’m trying veg because fed up with just 3 options.

I’m dehydrating apples in the hope of using a sprinkle of the pieces in a cinnamon muffin (free from most things) to ring the changes. 🤞 here as desperate for a bit of variety as you are. We have apple trees too.

Labour’s #Brexit dilemma - the only way is to go into the next election with a manifesto promise to seek to #RejoinEU - no more referenda! The Greens, LibDems, SNP & Plaid should also all have this on their manifestos next time presenting a united front against REFUK & any remaining Tory Party.
