Abstracted deer that looks as if it is made of woods and bones. He has antlers that grow out of his head, bones and branches for a body, and a calm stare. Teal, gold, and white. landscape of branches and roots growing around a small puddle of water. a blue raven stands above it with a feather in his beak, peering down into the water. dark blue landscape of two woods meeting for a conversation. It can also possibly be a single tree split down the middle. three small abstract landscape paintings. Green seaweed looking one, a pink stone formation that can be a city, and a green and yellow natural formation that can be a leaf breaking apart.

I keep forgetting the "social" part of social media.

And lack of energy.

Just with everyone.

Friday evening, three weeks until Halloween...do you know where your candy is?

I don't either.

But I do know some good books you could read. I have two spooky-ish books: The Dark Side of Super and The Backwards Knight.

HERE'S THE THING I HALLUCINATED FOR HOURS. IS VERY GAY (no, gayer). PLEASE GIVE MONEY. I HOPE IT MAKES YOU CRY. 🎉🔥

Book cover set against space with colored glows behind, blue to the left, and pink to the right. A Demon to Save Me by H.S. Kallinger. Title letters are rendered in fire inside a blood circle, with a bloody pentagram drawn with a finger on a hardwood floor. Some blood is scattered around it. A pair of amber eyes with thick, black eyelashes are just visible on the floor above the circle. Rainbow circles fade in and out around the image. Author name is in pink, blue, and white in the lower right corner. In white lettering at the top is "Book One of the Found Humanity series"

Mister Big Mouth, best friend of Mister Fish, is here to scream about how good my books are.

If you can translate from blublublublubblub, you'll hear him gushing about The Backwards Knight and The Dark Side of Super.

"Maybe he went under here?"

(big possum is Cheeseburger, little one laying on ground is Mozzarella who was a baby this year.)

I hung up one of my human skulls outside the front door, and it's JUST at the right spot when the wind blows, I can see movement out the corner of my eye.

And every time it's "Oh no, hope that's not someone selling something. UGH." before I realize...

I should probably move him.

mother Goethel, 2025

-{ #art | #illustration | #fantasy }-
An illustration of mother Goethel, the witch from Rapunzel. She stands in the center, surrounded by thorny bushes and between two crooked trees, holding a baby wrapped in luminous white cloth and her eyes glowing a malicious golden color. In the foreground we see rampions growing from golden vines which intertwine like braids; in the background, in the distance and in the middle of a forest, we see a lone tower

One of my favorites - The Gloomy Sea

Watercolor, bit of gouache for the white. Any time I feel a little homesick, I paint the ocean.

watercolor painting of a choppy ocean wave. overcast sky in purple, dark blue, and gray. A woman with white hair stands in the wave, back to the viewer, her arms out a bit as if she's going to jump into the ocean.

I hereby remind you of my print shop full of spooky art for the spookiest month 👻
www.inprnt.com/gallery/chec...
Painting of two hands folded upon each other, each raising a finger to create an impression of horns. Behind them a mysterious female figure without a face and in the shadow thrown by the hands two glowing red eyes. Drawing of a creepy lady peeking at the viewer from behind a gnarly tree. She has a piercing gaze of two white glowing eyes. A surreal artwork of a witch being oen with a landscape of fir trees and rolling fields. Two boys nearly kissing with thorny roses growing from their mouths. Much drama. Much dark romantic vibes. Also blood.

I've been working in sketchbooks more as part of a class assignment; here are some of my recent sketches 👉👈 I've been trying to draw what comes to me in the moment, and not worry too much about the output or making everything perfect, but also put time into each to make it feel 'done' as a sketch.
Graphite and white charcoal sketch on toned paper of a woman with stylized hair Graphite and white charcoal sketch on toned paper of a figure with a stylized owl headdress. The wings of the headdress cover the figure's eyes. A graphite sketch of a a face surrounded by a sphere of churning, splashing water A graphite sketch of a beared man with a sword plunging through his forehead and out his chin (in a stylized, non gory way).
