I am still working hard on learning/improving with watercolors. I like how this one turned out; the flowers got a little messier than I'd have liked, but I still learned a lot. 👍 And I have a good scan of the sketch that I can print on watercolor paper if I ever want to take another crack at it.

Ok, so I've been mostly hibernating. Winter break happened, kiddo's gone back to school today, so I am now in "thinking mode".
and knowing what I want to do is make 3-4 bigger paintings (at least one of them 2x3ft) before the end of the year for jurying into shows in 2027. And better booth shot.

u heard sharon, everyone post about their esoteric interests right fucking now. for the good of the community, we need to be hyperfixationmaxxing.
i think this site really needs to figure out how to grow the non-politics verticals (the baseball moment was a good thing!) because i suspect a lot of the bad clusters come out of the political clusters driving 95% of ENG-lang posts
