Meant to share a while ago, all my drawn syllabi for the semester, including the minicomic as syllabus with my Ai statement in it. (Curiously there are more words in my comics syllabi than the non-comics one…) All available (with text versions as well) on my site spinweaveandcut.com/fall-2025-sy...

The language of non-consent around AI is really telling. "It's too late to be scared." "It's here whether we want it or not." "You'll have to learn to work with it." "You can't fight the inevitable."

All just variations of "you're not allowed to say no." Creepy technology made by creepy people.

E is for... Elephant bird egg! This is the largest bird egg known to have existed. It is so large that it could hold the contents of up to 7 ostrich eggs. The elephant bird went extinct about 1,000 years ago not long after humans arrived on the island of Madagascar.

Some transgender people see only darkness in front and behind them.

The current climate is especially accelerating this.

Transgender people just want to love the people they love and live their lives as themselves.
Let's all join hands and change the world🫶🌏🫶

A friendly neighbourhood comic artist’s life is turned upside down when the president decides to declare martial law.
Hyejeon 'Greenfield' Jeon's 'The President Threw a Coup' is a very personal recollection of the three-hour martial law in South Korea that took place on December 3, 2024.
