I mean I could be wrong with MAJOR consequences but I don’t think it’s normal to have a panic attack about eating breakfast or going out to lunch with my dad

It’s also a pre covid symptom for me so who’s to say. If I can ward of big time PEM for five days in a row despite doing more stressful things then maybe it is more anxiety than physical exertion at this juncture

I have like minor fatigue in the morning that clears up after I drink water and take meds and then I have 3pm nap time but the rest of the day I have Fear about Doing Anything

there was a period of a few days where I could read like 20 pages or so but now? I’ve taken a month off of work already. I’m staying with my family so that they can take care of me. I feel literally insane. I feel fucking insane

I really resent the brand-ification // creative agency-ification of outdoorsy-ness.

Eg this launch of Usal's presence in northern california, which brings nature cleanups, birdwatching, bikepacking, visible mending, etc etc all into play as elements of a brand aesthetic and lifestyle package.

everyone refers to 2014 tumblr as a kind of catch-all for furry drama and neopronouns etc but when I was on there the real drama was like Sasuke otherkin and picrew teenagers pretending to have dissociative identity disorder
