70% of working age SNAP recipients work full time. The companies should pay them a living wage! SNAP is corporate welfare.
May I present a former clerk to Justice Gorsuch.
Yes! And iirc the biggest demographic receiving public assistance is WHYTE and rural.
But coding poverty as, um, urban is a long tradition in that party.

this is a pretty simple one to figure out: it was bullshit and authoritarian when trump tried to rig and steal the 2020 election while lying about how legitimate results were rigged, it was not bullshit or authoritarian to state the fact that trump was trying to rig and steal that election

Those voters, given a choice between an ersatz Republican-lite and a genuine Republican, will always choose the real deal.

Meanwhile, the misguided effort to chase them is driving away gettable voters on the left.
2000s Dems found that supporting the Iraq war wasn’t the key to winning elections. Voters who wanted that backed Bush.

2010s Dems found that running away from Obama didn’t yield wins. Voters who wanted that went GOP.

2020s Dems will find that Bigotry Lite isn’t the key to winning elections either.

Indeed.
"Liberal Media" is a fabrication of the US right wing (Movement Conservatives, as @hcrichardson.bsky.social calls them)
Protest coverage reminds me of the NJ & VA governor races in the first year of every new president's term.

Giant Dem protests? Yawn, Dems always can turn out people.

Big Dem wins in NJ & VA? Yawn, Dems should win those.

Dems simply cannot win by the Beltway's own scorecard.
Once again, the main day of Tea Party protests had about 300,000 nationwide, but saw endless coverage.

The No Kings protests had about 7,000,000 nationwide, and many media outlets reacted with a yawn.

No Kings was nearly 25x as big as the Tea Party but the Tea Party got 25x the attention.
Hey, if there's no rule of law, ain't going to need no lawyers.
Seems they haven't thought this through.
Cowards. Cowards everywhere.

This was exactly the intention of those early EOs targeting BigLaw.
We have reached the point where the *American Bar Association* cannot find attorneys willing to represent them in litigation against the Trump administration.

How Trump Demolished the White House East Wing
By putting the demolition of the East Wing before the necessary approvals for his ballroom, President Donald Trump borrowed a tactic known as “stake-driving” to force an outcome.

Tall traffic cones. Chimney that sh*t away from the ground.
Indeed.
One technique I've seen used elsewhere is to put a traffic cone over the cannister before it really gets going. It chimneys the irritant away from the ground, improving visibility and allowing people to be somewhat safer underneath the cloud.
The cannisters can burn you though, so be careful
Awful.
And...maybe there's a stock of tall traffic cones available somewhere locally?
You have to be careful, as the cannisters can burn you, but the cone itself, placed over an activated one, "chimneys" the irritant away from the ground. Better visibility when dispersal is away from the ground.

Dear CBS News personalities: The Canadians' ad did not portray Reagan's tariff policy fraudulently, and you do not have to repeat the president's false characterization of it.

Or if your new boss insists that you do, you can at least point out that it's false.

Video or it didn't f*cking happen. (To Greg Bovino).
Also, Greg Bovino allegedly asked a reporter, “Did Judge Ellis get hit in the head by a rock like I did this morning? … Maybe she needs to see what that’s like before she gives an order like that.”
