Clever move by the committee. Don't have the embarrassment of giving it to Trump which would have negated every previous winner and Trump cannot logically criticise her as she is an ally of his.

Although granted, when has logic ever determined Trump's words or actions?

TBF though the Brits do have quite a history of promoting/enacting genocides throughout history so technically he's right; it's quite un-British to oppose it.

Pretty sure the British must hold the record for the number of different genocides committed.

Oh thank you. I did not know that. I liked to support SNP even though I could not currently vote for them as Stephen Flynn seemed to be the only MP at Westminster who spoke up for the things I believe in. Even if they could not have my vote they could have my subs. I'll look into rejoining.

Since 1976 I've been a member of a political party. Until 2019 It was Labour. Then after the coup, I joined @snp.org even though I lived in England and then a couple of years ago I switched to @greenparty.org.uk.

Today my 66 y/o wife joined her FIRST EVER party. Thanks to @zackpolanski.bsky.social

Too bloody late. Starmer enabled this by not speaking up about the positives of immigration long ago instead he chose to cosplay a slightly milder form of Reform.
