TIL: In Illinois, police video is ordinarily EXEMPT from disclosure unless it's been flagged for review based on a shooting, use-of-force report, arrest, or complaint.

People, if there are issues, you gotta file a complaint!

There are so many different 'accents' IN NYC...please. I can tell if you're from the Bronx or Brooklyn (and which part of Brooklyn/Bronx) because I have an ear for languages/accents/music. Oddly, I'm not as sure about Queens.
There is music in NY accents (some of 'em)...folks are just silly.

'Kind' and 'nice' are very different things, and people would be better served to learn the difference.
East Coast people are kind but not 'nice', and it's best.
'Nice' people don't give a single loose booty about you, but a 'kind' person will help you - even if they don't like you. mostly.
