Absolutely, Cotswolds is just Surbiton compared to Herefordshire. My Grandad was Adjutant at RAF Credenhill in WWII, which is when he met my Grandma. I also know lots of the boys from Sterling Lines. Did the National 3 Peaks with a bunch of them.

So many of the doom headlines about out-of-control spending are aimed at the Welfare system but as this article explains the figures do not back that up and like immigration, welfare is not the reason for higher taxes.

Amazing story in The Times. Reform UK failed to pay VAT to HMRC on its sales (tickets, merchandise). About £400k in all.

Not tax avoidance. Not tax evasion. They just didn't realise when you sell stuff you have to charge VAT.
