Ya se ha suicidado un muchacho por hablar con una IA en sus momentos bajos. Por culpa de la IA fomentandolo. Otro empeoró su estado de salud.

Sí, hablar con un brick de leche es mejor que no hacer nada. Y no hacer nada es mucho mejor que usar una IA.

En este caso te puedo confirmar una cosa, y es que el dormir menos perjudica el procesamiento emocional. Más que nada porque es una de las cosas que se hacen mientras se duerme (fue parte de mi tfg)
La relación es bilateral, por supuesto que lo que tú dices también aplica (más problemas duerme peor)

There is a caveat to this.

When adolescents without physical pathology are given puberty blockers (GnRHa) or cross-sex hormones at levels recommended by the Endocrine Society for purposes of gender transition, they are likely to develop endocrine disorders.

For example, using GnRHa leads to hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, which can have adverse impacts on physical development.

If an endocrinologist prescribes testosterone to a teen girl far outside the reference range that is normal for females of her age, he will be putting her in a state of iatrogenic hyperandrogenism--an endocrine disorder.
