If we ever needed light, we need it now. It was great to start the day with @markwarner.bsky.social, @repsuhas.bsky.social, and Virginians for a Diwali celebration at the Capitol.

They may not act like it, but even Republicans know we have to take on skyrocketing health care costs.

To prove it, @mcbride.house.gov and I got together to connect Republicans with their own words about this crisis.

It's time for them to put their money where their mouths are.

The Roberts Court is now on the verge of erasing one of the key achievements of the Civil Rights Era.

Trump is putting Argentina First and Rural America last.

First, he sold out U.S. soybean farmers.

Now, he abandons our ranchers.

All while working to give $40B to Argentina.

BREAKING NEWS: The Trump admin just announced they are opening the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge for oil drilling.

This is exactly what Big Oil and Big Gas were hoping for when they donated hundreds of millions of dollars to Trump.

Republicans say they care about federal workers, but today they blocked my bill to pay ALL federal workers, servicemembers, and contractors and stop Trump’s illegal firings.

I hope they’ll join us to get our public servants paid — but not in a way that lets Trump turn around and fire them anyway.
My bill would pay ALL federal workers during the shutdown. Republicans blocked it.

Friendly reminder:

In just three weeks, Donald Trump's sons and family raked in $1.3 billion from a crypto company that only opened when Trump took office.

Democrats must say no to Trump’s get rich quick schemes.

"strengthened Medicaid?" "lowered premiums?"

Are you kidding? Republicans passed the largest cut to Medicaid in history and thanks to their inaction premiums next year are set to more than double or even quadruple.

War is peace, huh?

Only 2 dems? No republicans? We no longer have to provide proof we were damaged? We just steal whatever we want from the taxpayers now?

Ok. I believe we are all being harmed and I want 230 million dollars for my personal frustration and annoyance.

When people go uninsured, they skip out on doctor's visits, they go without their medications, and they end up in the ER.

If you don't believe me, I asked a doctor to lay out what happens when people aren't covered for the care they need.

Health care should be a right.
