I received some input on the #sprucegrove municipal election upcoming in October.

It is vital we push a progressive slate, Take Back Alberta is aiming for the School Board and there are some UCP drones running for council.

I've included a cheat sheet. The sources of this document are rock solid.

• Adam McArthur – strong advocate for public education.
• Jill Osborne – student-focused, collaborative.
• Natasha Maloney – balanced, community-minded.
❌ Avoid:
• Karen Carlton – aligned with Take Back Alberta agenda.

If someone had the luck to not be affected by bullying, or was a bully themselves, they may never understand that.

I hate speaking in a absolutes about trauma and its effects but we're only one moment away from reliving our experiences. So many frickin triggers.

And this definitely is one.

Some of y'all have never had to survive a bully that you have no power to get away from and it shows.

The omniforce is accountable only to Trump: they ignore state and local guidance, or court decisions. Forget about knowing the identity of the official. Now you may not know which agency he works for, or even if he is an agent of the state.

Chicagoland is a friendly, safe, vibrant, & fun place. I’m very happy my kids have grown up in the Rogers Park neighborhood of the city, & in Evanston. They’re both wonderful places.

But ICE is attacking us. People are doing everything possible to protect their neighbors. But it’s hard.
