Reminder: November 4th is extremely important, don’t forget to vote!

This was done to the White House, a federal property, by a man who wanted protesters who spray painted a wall arrested for "destruction of federal property."
Psychopaths. All of them.

Did you know that over 1.3M active duty service members and veterans rely on SNAP benefits to feed themselves and their families?

Now you know.

MOST HARD-WORKING AMERICAN hourly workers make LESS than ONE Million dollars over their entire lives. Factoring in the wealthy, the average is about $1.7 Mil. Trump, by contrast, inherited $413 Mil; never labored one day; has illicitly made BILLION$ from bribes, and now pilfers $1/4 B from DOJ TOO?

SNAP isn't about "people who don't work." It's about people who don't get paid enough to live.

Of the 40 or so million people who rely on food stamps:

* Two-thirds are children, seniors, or disabled

* Most working-age adults who receive SNAP are employed—but in jobs that pay poverty wages

9 months back in power, and every branch of government now merged into one corrupt man. The House, the Senate, the Supreme Court, all nothing but autopens for a crook who’s doubled his fortune while Americans starve.

The GOP in Congress are worse than useless. They are craven enablers of murder.

Whenever people complain about the number of folks relying on food stamps, it is worth reminding them that SNAP is, by too large of a degree, a subsidy for corporations that refuse to pay a living wage and their political allies who reject public policy prescriptions to reduce income inequality.

makes me weep to think of the gifts robbed from us because unaffordable housing has made it difficult for people to pursue their passions and hobbies
Well, you could try them. If they’re not too woody, you scored some really good juice. 🤷‍♀️

I'm getting hate messages from people saying they won't vote for Mamdani because he said he "would laugh if another 9/11 happened."

This is how hate speech works. It doesn't need to be factual, indeed it never is. It just needs to be repeated enough to stick. Anti-Muslim hate is all Cuomo has left.

45 years ago 1 income could buy a home, car, and an education.

Then Reagan began dismantling the New Deal and today 2 incomes can barely afford rent, gas and childcare.

We went from “we’re all in this together” to “you’re on your own kid”.

Trump is finishing the job.

This is the most obscenely wealthy, grotesquely cruel, offensively under qualified and incompetent, outrageously & blatantly corrupt, callously indifferent, brazenly self-serving, shamelessly deceitful administration in our country’s history. A hollow gold-plated autocracy destined to collapse.
