1. Why haven’t we paid down a cent of the debt?

2. Why can’t we afford to not fuck millions of people over with expiring insurance subsidies?

The reason this country continues to elevate white men into the highest positions is simple to me: they are easier to control. What the system does not want are Black people, women, or other marginalized voices who have fought through adversity, because those leaders cannot be easily manipulated…..
