One relevant point to make, I think, is that whether or not "but sir, that would be a war crime" absolves you of your duty to obey the order under domestic law (it does, but set that aside), the existence of the order is in no way a defense to the war crimes charge itself

So I'm pretty sure a three star knows that an order to strike alleged combatants who are hors de combat is facially illegal, in case anyone's still having any hangups on whether Bradley needs to be in the dock after this

If the whole of government can keep ignoring the TikTok ban with no consequence, it seems as if in the course of restoring the rule of law, Dems may ignore the Hague invasion act for an interval, as a treat.

In the new Emerson poll in TN 07, 97% of Harris voters support Aftyn Behn (D) and 88% of Trump voters support Matt Van Epps (R). If that pattern holds across races in 2026 and there is a slight Democratic turnout edge, Democrats would be favored in any CD that Trump won by 12 points or less.
