I'm seeing a lot of people claiming ICE has guided warheads. This seems to be based on a Substack newsletter which as best I can tell was referring to this contract. This contract is for distraction devices (sound grenades), but the PSC is for guided warheads

Ice got a bunch of money to buy weapons/gear and someone misunderstood a crowd control piece of kit for guided warheads and now worried libs think ICE has Scuds or something.

Artists, send invoices. That way, no one has to say what the money is for on Paypal's paper trail.
