To everyone who believes the National/ACT/ First view that Govt interest costs risk ‘spiralling out of control’ just like they were in the 1990s, so we need to ‘save for a rainy day,’ just print out this chart. Then give it to your friends and family. Then your MP.

Lol, absolutely nothing like the early 90s! Although I have seen quite a few young people wearing flared jeans.

2/ Buildings need to 'breathe', but walls, floors, roofs and windows don't. Like mammals, buildings should breathe continuously, automatically and through very specific holes.

If air is freely flowing somewhere it shouldn't, you should get that looked at. (Applies to both buildings and mammals.)

1/ A note about building ventilation and airtightness.

Infiltration (leakiness) is not ventilation.

Airtightness is about control. The more airtight the envelope, the easier it is to control the internal environment, including temperature, humidity, noise, pollutants and pests.

Do you drink cows milk?
If so, why?
It’s kind of weird, when you think about it. Maybe a little bit gross.
And in most cases, dairying cows is by necessity exceptionally cruel.
