Summary:

Only the Sin of Lust could have gotten away with giving such a gift. He was perhaps the only person who could have given it to Stolas without him feeling so exposed and raw regarding the non-secret that he was miserable in his marriage.

All of that was to say - he had no idea if Blitzø realized that he had downed a third of a bottle of wine from Lust.
