I’m sharing an article from CBC News dated July 23/15 about a former RCMP Officer. He speaks about the lifelong guilt felt after participating in forcibly removing children from their parents. This guilt is what awaits folks in the US disappearing others. The guilt awaits to eat them alive.

Thank you for posting this. I am watching it on PBS and it is lovely. Odd, how humans can create something so beautiful and loving to commemorate something other humans did that was so horrific and hateful. The extreme capabilities and nature of humanity.

There are so many lovely wines from around the world. I’m actually grateful for the boycott, it’s opened up the world of wines I would never have considered. Even my husband is enjoying this cheap version of a holiday! We’ve enjoyed a couple of white wines from New Zealand and Canada.

Many of us do vote not only for our interests but those around us as well. Unfortunately rural votes have more representation than urban and therein lies the crux. Rural voters tend to vote UCP and until they get tired of the bullshit spoon fed them by conservatives Alberta will stay conservative.

PM Carney has been Prime Minster for not quite 6 months. I never expected him to magically fix the the tariff issues immediately considering who the current president is. What I am relieved about is that Carney IS Prime Minister and not the alternative. Having Poilievre as PM would be a nightmare.
