I just watched the video of the Portland Cop threatening to arrest an ICE agent if they drive their truck through a crowd. Now I see this where the General of the Oregon National Guard says if they get called up they will protect the protesters. People are fed up.

CDC. Dozens of "disease detectives," high-level scientists, entire Washington staff and editors of the MMWR (Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report) have all been RIFed and received the following notice:

Just got this text from my daughter’s school.

On the one hand, his for her school.

On the other, fuck ICE.

LANETHS-Safety is number one priority; we were notified there may be ICE activity in the area. If students would like to remain in the building to wait for safe ride or bus, they are welcome.

Adults will be near the bus stops in case there is a need for support.

The LDS church, with so much potential, fails to lead in a critical moment. Again.

This January, Brigham Young University shut down its "Dreamers" resource hub for
undocumented students, after facing backlash from state leaders who complained that their tithings - or 10% obligated donations to the Church - were being used for illegal immigrants.
Nori Gomez, the founding member of the Dreamer resource center, said the program's offices started receiving threatening phone calls.
The university eventually removed the resource page.

So this IL Hospital Association memo describes an incident where ICE detained a US citizen, gave them HEART PROBLEMS, took them to a hospital where the fought with medical personnel, then left when they realized they detained a CITIZEN.

In the early days of the Alt-Right I'd refer to them as the Frog Squad in my newsletter because of how they'd stolen Pepe the Frog cartoons for their memes.

I'm absolutely delighted that Portland is reclaiming the frog. It's a full circle moment.
