The Louisiana penitentiary holds thousand 7000 inmates and needs 1800 staff. There are not enough trained people in the country to run these places unless they’re going to cripple the actual prisons.
ICE has now spent over half a BILLION dollars just on purchasing warehouses around the country to convert into detention camps.
