Just got owned by Omega Planètes so uh, yeah, that thing is an absolute menace.

Very much Extreme Trial energy; it can absolutely one-shot you (or very nearly) with a lot of its attacks and an average player will need a balanced party.

The problem is... how do you PUG that?

Not looking for serious horror, heavy lit fic, or straight romance.

I just wish people would learn from this kind of experience and go back and look for the things that they missed in the text rather than just getting frustrated.

When you're surprised by something, it's nice (and informative) to go back and look at the subtle hints the writer was laying down.

Just preordered Galaxy: As The World Falls Down by @planetx.bsky.social from my local bookstore.

The first book was one of the best supers stories I've read in a long time - and a breath of fresh air for DC - and I'm really looking forward to the sequel!
