I am certainly not even an educated amateur when it comes to Maine politics, but it feels like a no-brainer that a well-established politician would out-perform a candidate just starting to build his name recognition.

There is one recent poll that shows Mills winning by 5 and Platner tied and then uses very heavy handed "informed" ballot to somehow show Platner is better positioned to win.

The correct cue (vs the weird tracking in of the original Bond theme recording in some showings) featuring the Thunderball theme to close out the movie is pretty darn close.

The woodwind flourishes that lead into the Bond theme as the skyhook plane swoops in? Perfect.

Forget the cheesy undercranked action—this is probably my favorite action cue of the Connery era.

Love the adaptation of the “007 Theme” from FRWL and how it relentlessly climbs the scale throughout.

Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing?

I was watching some old shows from the 90s and noticed people would just dial numbers from memory - like they'd call their friends or family without looking anything up.
Made me wonder if that was actually normal back then? Did people genuinely have all their important numbers memorized, or did most folks keep a little address book or written list nearby?

Im going to watch it again in full but I also remembered thinking that it felt as though completely different writers wrote Final vs. Dead Reckoning because they set up so many things in part 1 that they never bothered to pay off
