I think Dana's parents are just way too polite lol

But yeah, Celtic solidarity!
One thing that surprised me was that Dana's family is not like that. Like, I'd assumed that Scottish folks would be even more obnoxiously ABE in attitude than folks in North Wales lol
My daddy always taught me to cheer against England, and New Englanders taught me to cheer against the New York Yankees lol
Apples are just so amazing, I can't get enough! 🥰

if you started trash talking apples id be DMing Dana so fast to see what was wrong with you lol
I think there are lots of things I'd post.

"Cherries are the best fruit. They're way better than apples.
I'm not even a real princess, just another peasant girl.
Brahms is better than Beethoven.
Estonian is an ugly language, I'd never learn it.
Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure wasn't even that great."
I'm thinking about finally joining the NRA
I wrote a paper on the Albigensian Crusades when I was an undergrad (in ancient times). History is indeed wild.

Finally, we ladies will get some credit!
I'm really excited about this achievement!
Cover of a book: "The Jewish Publication Society Tanakh (Torah/Nevi'im/Kethuvim): Gender-Sensitive Edition"
This is much more flattering way to perceive me! ^_^

Someone gives you a compliment, and you blush, causing the world to warm.
I'm waiting for humans to write the myth that explains how I am able to thaw the world.

"Every April, the goddess Mathonwy has a REALLY bad hot flash and all of Gēyōmīna's snow melts away from the heat radiating off of Lady Spring's body."
Gēyōmīna: *sitting in the Divine Cafeteria eating lunch*
Me: *scoots up next to her to cut up my apple*
Gēyōmīna: ...Do you have to sit so close, Spring Wench? We're, like, mortal enemies.
Me: Oh, sorry, Lady Winter. I was having a hot flash. *sighs in relief, my breath evinced in the frosty air*

Scottish and Welsh indy, let's gooooooo!
No worries! I fear nothing in this world, my friend. 💖
You know I'd always stick around for you, sister! 💖
The lachrimae rerum gets to me sometimes. Sometimes I think, "I've lingered fairly long Under the Sun; maybe it's time to go home where the stars always shine above dim-eyed shades."

In that place Beyond the Sun, my eyes would shine again with divine brilliance and the flowers grow ever at my feet.
This is true. I've written two children's books that I was probably more proud of than even my 400-page novels and tetralogy epics, and I never received an iota of pleasant feedback about my children's literature.

Tough customers.
Writing good children's books is the most demanding genre
Tell me your most unhinged literary opinion, as a little treat
I bought wired earbuds to replace them. I am indeed Mathonwy the Luddite.

Some technology just isn't an improvement.
Normally I don't complain about products, but I've had Raycon earbuds for a couple of years now and they have NEVER worked right. They work fine for about 30 minutes at a time, and then they need to be resynced. They're my first pair of Bluetooth earbuds, so I didn't think much of it.
Best use of this meme for dēgōmes everywhere.
All I do is be person, eat hot chip, and die
