Early nineties I think they moved to a seven digit number for everyone, but since everyone locally had basically the same four digits up first, it wasn't too different really.

Sure, the ferry cancellation was a disaster for NZ financially and the reduction in scope of the project will cause irreparable damage to our infrastructure but the new contract will enrich China so on balance it's a net positive, gotta give Willis the W on this one.
