Remember that if the Democrats take power again, they will go into great detail telling you why they can't do things.

You will tell them that Trump did those things, and they will say he broke the law.

Honestly when I first watched it I found the effects to be kind of garbage. Just dated in a way that wasn't charming unlike some other movies of the time. Big fan of Legacy's aesthetic though.

There's a great and all too missable dialogue where Torque goes "hey I'm an earthling, I was born here!" And the big bad group behind everything being made up of former XCOM soldiers is fucking amazing as an idea. Shame that the story is ultimately rather shallow.
