obama had some slick ass marketing for his '08 campaign, there's no denying that. but, unlike his many imitators, he actually did talk a lot of the talk to hype us up first before going "actually changed my mind". hit hillary hard on corporate ties, big on not being for the war, and more.

I went to a town hall meeting in Cicero thinking ICE might come up during community input. Instead I saw this exchange. Not in the video - town president Larry Dominick saying “I can’t stand to look at you” and that he won’t care about someone’s problems bc they made a joke when Trump was shot.

Today following outreach from @thejusticedept, Facebook removed a large group page that was being used to dox and target @ICEgov agents in Chicago.
The wave of violence against ICE has been driven by online apps and social media campaigns designed to put ICE officers at risk just for doing their jobs. The Department of Justice will continue engaging tech companies to eliminate platforms where radicals can incite imminent violence against federal law enforcement.
