It's hard and awkward at first, but "fake til you make it" works here. Just keep writing things down, even when you are not really sure it counts (it always does). Even when you're not really feeling it, or you think you're kidding yourself.

Every little bit of "I am enough" helps.

It may sound trite, but journaling. Writing about how I feel and countering those negative thoughts *in writing*. Writing down things I've done, stuff people said and moments when I felt like enough and worthy.

Making it a place I can return to and find positive information about myself. 💚
