its not a war machine, but it certainly feels like one when you think about it like that. which is funny because my car is a fiat 500. if i impacted anything other than a relatively light person, id be the one getting wrecked.

sometimes (typically when im sleep deprived) i get in my car and im like "damn it would be so easy to kill myself or someone else with this. im playing with forces the human body simply isnt equipped to deal with". which is basically what happens to every mecha protag on episode 1.
