So far in 2025, Collins has voted to confirm at least eight explicitly anti-abortion judges to lifetime seats on the federal judiciary. It seems plausible Collins knows she’s likely to lose next November and isn't even trying to court voters anymore. It’s no longer of concern to her.

As an investment I don’t see a real value or a real need, but it has pretty consistently gone up. My plan was to put a little money I could afford to lose in it and hope for the best. I will say, I don’t see any reason for it to lose all of its value right now, so I’m probably gonna buy the dip.

Theft of crypto is accelerating, over $2 billion so far this year.

And yet, I can't convince my adult daughter these are bad investments. Sigh . . .
