It shouldn’t take a threat of “you could be next” to support, protect & defend ppl who are being wronged by others.

Ppl of multiple marginalizations, trans ppl, queer ppl, women & femmes, Black & Brown ppl, etc. all are deserving of being treated fairly because they are PEOPLE.

Also reading in general teaches you empathy. Men always use the “we’re logical” when their woman is trying to express how they feel to them, would happen much less if they read more romance.

Ended up riding in the car with a couple of other passengers after getting bumped from 2 flights. But, I'm going to use flight credits for family trip to costa Rica.
