People who HATE cats and LOVE dogs are likely to be controlling, dominating, and may not respect boundaries. It's exceptionally difficult to even "control" a cat: but dogs LOVE obedience. How one handles a creature that refuses to be controlled often mirrors how they handle autonomy in others :)

I know all the medical "remedies" for most things: bedrest, water, protein. That's it. That's how your body repairs itself. But employers enforce uninformed/outdated policies. Can we please stop this? Get a doctor's note/MC for leaves over 2 days.

Most of my sick days in work was due to colds/flus, sometimes due to accidents like ankle sprains or fall injuries. This MC practice has to stop because when youre sick, WHO THE HELL HAS THE ENERGY TO GET OUT OF BED TO GO TO THE CLINIC??

Morning hearty conversation in my chat group, tldr I find Singapore/Malaysian companies RIDICULOUS for insisting on MCs for sickness. Many times I was FORCED to go to the clinic for an MC but it's NOT NECESSARY to see a doctor in most cases. Abuse will have pattern! (1/4)
