She is receiving the Nobel Peace Prize for her tireless work promoting democratic rights for the people of Venezuela and for her struggle to achieve a just and peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy. They dont give it to you for doing it the other way round.

Ignoring the Munich betrayal ignoring the Polish annexation of Czech lands ignoring the French and British betrayal of Poland by ignoring the treaties they signed with the Poles.

Again, missing out both the Munich agreement which betrayed Czechoslovakia when the Czech army was in a great defensive position, and ignoring the treaty France had to guarantee their independence. Also Poland annexed part of Czech lands right after that agreement.

When the Western democracies betrayed Czechoslovakia in 1938 Russia realized they could not be trusted dealing with Nazi Germany. Ends up they were the ones who beat them in the end
