I've learned that Fatal Fury Special has what I call "The Cyberbots" on account of first hearing it there:

The second input of a motion (the 3 in 236 or the 2 in 623...) will be ignored if held for just 1 frame

You're rarely doing inputs so fast you miss it, but apparently it gives people trouble.
