Although it is apparently not an ancient variety, one must appreciate the generations of Cherokee and Pawnee breeding that created its ancestors. It's just 💅

An ear of corn sits in my hand. It is very brightly colored, with kernels ranging from white to black and including yellow, orange, blue, purple, green, red, and I'm sure some others.
