This is far too articulate to have been written by Trump. He wouldn’t be able to put so many words together in the correct order.

This is really important.

The main thing that makes it hard to achieve nature and green integrated in cities isn’t density of buildings or density of people — it's density of cars. And the more well-designed density of people and buildings that you achieve, the fewer cars you’ll need or want.

KAKISTOCRACY is a project to undermine democracy and demolish institutions, to create confusion and make civil society vulnerable to populism and manipulation.

KAKISTOCRACY: a system of governance run by the least qualified, most corrupt, or least principled individuals. The term derives from the Greek kakistos (worst) and kratos (rule), highlighting the impact of incompetence and unethical leadership on societal well-being and democratic institutions.
