Trump is a provocateur. He is purposely deploying troops to American cities to deliberately provoke incidents that could lead to a broader manufactured crisis of HIS own making. It is purposely designed to normalize his authoritarian rule. This is to intimidate the political opposition. Call it out!

Some Democrats are already doing this, but I think all of them should treat No Kings protests as mid-term mandatory attendance events, like the local fish fry or county fair. Push back on the sweaty Republican attempts to make them seem scary.

Argentina has defaulted on its debt nine times — bonds, loans, currency swaps, you name it. The 2001 collapse was the largest in history, tanking their peso and the economy. Then came 2014 and 2020. Trump’s going to make it ten defaults with our $20 billion.
