Showering was a mistake. I mostly have my POTS symptoms well managed but one bad night of sleep and a shower and now I feel incapacitated. 😖

I can easily read a 3-400 page book in 1-2 days when it captures my attention but the moment I’m told I should or have to read something even if it’s to help a friend my brain immediately doesn’t want to. I hate it here inside my brain sometimes. 😒

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.
