Halte es zunächst für statistischen Zufall. An Kalkulation glaube ich nicht, die Zeiten sind hart, und die Sorgen groß. Als Zeichen für die nicht existente Notwendigkeit toxischer "Stärke" sind das positive Einzelfälle, aber ich würde sie nicht überbewerten. Auch Obama hat schon öffentlich geweint.

I never thought we would celebrate people leaving the US who feared political persecution.

Das ist ein Feld, in dem Attributierung schwer fällt. Aber früher oder später wird es harte Beweise geben, vlt existieren sie auch schon, werden aber aus taktischen Gründen zurückgehalten. Letztlich gilt: "If it looks like a duck..."

Und wir wissen ja schon von all den anderen russischen Kampagnen.

Bild behauptet hier wohl, dass ein Lagebericht die Drohnen als "military grade" einschätzt, keine Amazon-Geräte. Bild ist halt Bild, aber in Kombination mit anderen Berichten, dass auch "motherships" eingesetzt werden, etc. passt das einfach gut. Wir reden hier von Sabotage- und Kriegsvorbereitungen

There has yet to be a significant punishment of Russia for behaving this way. There wasn't in the years before, hence they feel completely safe doing that.
