I think it is wild that the Republican leaders of Congress are publicly delegating their branch of government's constitutional spending powers to the president. Why not just let him vote on Supreme Court cases, too?

Future costs to staff the government are rising rapidly, no matter what the outcome of this administration.

Security and predictability were part of the federal package--take that away, and you will have to replace them with $$ to recruit the people you need.

1) Draw your conclusion
2) Gather "data" and conduct "analysis" to align with conclusion
3) Develop post hoc "theory" that links your conclusion to your "results"
4) Restate your conclusion and pat yourself on your back for your prescience
