kind of riffing on the original thread, I think there's a certain kind of American lib-normie who turns away from stuff like kids being dragged from cars (or bombed in Gaza). Is this good? ofc not. American psyche is heavily predicated on things are ok arc of history etc etc etc.

the animals are wearing masks as far as I've been able to see; the OG frog is Mexican American; minorities in Portland are in some ways more vulnerable and less protected bc they lack the strength of community numbers.
