From the perspective of a woman who's already somewhat overgrown, the most important thing is to allow girls to have passion and encourage it. Girls are often traditionally discouraged from having it in order to protect them, not to stand out, and to be sweet and nice.

Someone very knowledgeable who is infodumping all of the rules to a game that I don't know, while also calling all the shots, is a very sexy and necessary part of any gaming experience.
