I hardly ever buy cut flowers, but I couldn't resist this seasonal one at the flower shop where we got some new potted plants.

California has some downright devilish 😈 place names.

Have you ever been to any of these dark destinations?
He is quite adorable 🤭 although I wish people in the fandom would remember he's not actually a child. Like, as much as I like the show, I don't particularly like the fandom vibes rn, though it's only been a month
I like him too! He's a really well-written character
Lmao, scratch that, the author doesn't believe them.
"Most of the gooners I spoke with had no interest in completely surrendering their lives to porn" a sentence that comes very late into the article. This should've been one if the openers. Unless the author wanted to paint a particular picture of despair.
written the way it was tells me that the author likes to believe that the edge cases he's encountered are the norm and the people who practice the kink safely are the exception 🙄
Okay, the part of this article that I find redeeming is the author talking Wristband Guy - a veteran kinkster, who organizes in person porn watching and masturbation parties and who, I would hope, would dispell the author's weird preconceptions about this kink. Yet the fact that this article was
Okay, so he actually made a questionnaire, but capped it at 100 responses? That's not gonna give you any meaningful results 😭 to think I almost thought this article had any merit
This bit tells you everything you need to know about the author. If his reaction to titty mags was horror, he shouldn't be writing on this topic lmao

“If you really, really like looking at porn your brain is damaged” => this is porn addiction shit all over again. Discard

Your reminder that people who knit and crochet are artists. Generally women whose work is devalued - artists all

If you think any of this started 2 years ago- Saher lost an eye 17 years ago when he was a teenager
I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Saher. Saher worked on a his family farm before this. He lost his left eye in the 2008 Gaza war when he was only 15. He’s now lost his home and farm and is struggling to survive with his family including his 2 year old nephew Mohammed.
Oh yeah! And I personally love ghosts as proper characters trope!
Yeah, this! I admire Sheryl immensely for it, but it should be seen as understandable if a marginalized person refused to help people who hurl slurs in their face.

Others have said this more eloquently, but it's on my mind today: I trust those for whom a better world means dignity and health and care even for their enemies, and I distrust those for whom a better world requires that everybody who reaps the benefits be on the same page as them.

I've said it before, but when you think it's fine for "some people" to suffer, you find more ways to justify others' suffering.

Often, you decide anyone who's suffering falls into the "deserves it" category.

And that category grows. And maybe you lie about someone being in that category.

The idea that people have to earn Not Suffering is capitalist and fascist and trash.
