Awww! What an adventure pup! Jack definitely prefers to stay in the canoe. While he has the built-for-swimming paws from his lab side he also has the overdramatic fear of the water from his husky side. Today was his first time in a while on a boat boat and not just a canoe.

Last dog is sad! Jack is 12. No one has told him he’s old yet though. He still loves adventures, road trips, long hikes, and will try anything/go anywhere as long as he gets to be with us. He’s going to be in his life jacket on a boat in the Northwest Arm later today 😆

People have already named most of the HRM and Cape Breton stuff that comes to mind, but Terra Spencer has two songs written about (and with music videos filmed in) the old textile mill in Windsor if you’d like to cover another part of the province; Cotton Mill and Brick and Mortar.
