Jewish individuals can believe whatever, but these are specific things literally every Jewish denomination agrees on.

Segal's theories of Jewish denominational agreement:
1. The number of Gods is at most one.
2. The Torah is a big deal.
3. "Messianic Judaism" is not Judaism.

The way I usually put it is that in Judaism, what exactly happens in the afterlife is a question for mystics to ponder, not laypeople to worry about. It's not that teachings about Gehenna and HaOlam HaBa are inaccessible by any means, but so are Christian teachings about angelology.
