Lightning Chain was based on Voltaic Chain from Gunvolt, but Bolt uses it either to bind people with the crystal chains, or wall off attacks. He can also set it up to use like a rope in general, giving mobility options outside impulse dashing, using his ionic thruster wings, or reactive panels.
